Psychological state Help for Medical Care Workers

If you should be a medical care worker influenced by stress linked to COVID-19, support can be obtained that will help you cope. This help includes resources you’ll access all on your own, with team of peers or by having a clinician.

For self-led help, please click to get resources you have access to all on your own with guidelines and suggestions to assist you to sustain your mental wellness and cope with stress.

Take part in a session that is online peers to know about how to build resilience and continue maintaining health through lectures and case-based conversations by joining:

  • ECHO dealing with COVID, which will be created for medical care providers and physicians giving an answer to the COVID-19 pandemic (satisfies twice each week)
  • ECHO proper Care of older people for LTC : COVID-19, that will be made for those involved in long-lasting care settings (matches once weekly)

These online sessions are for sale in English just.

You can self-refer online or by phone to any of the access points below if you are a frontline health care worker and would like confidential support from a clinician, including iCBT supports.

Volunteer possibilities

Assist seniors, individuals with disabilities, therefore the many vulnerable stay linked and healthier because they self-isolate.

Volunteer businesses can see SPARK Ontario to publish volunteer possibilities obtainable in their communities.
